I've found myself intrigued by the new desire for I've found myself intrigued by the new desire for "chillable reds" in the tasting room and in the market in general. Wine drinkers are realizing not all red wines have to be tannic, heavy, or deep in color. Variety is the spice of life, and there is something altogether delicious and refreshing about a red wine that is light in style, fruity but still rustic and structured. Especially so in the hotter months of the year, they're also versatile with food – and can be used where you usually reach for a white wine. I picture myself having the following chilled reds throughout the summer and with Thanksgiving this year if we do a turkey.​  Here's what's in our fridge this summer: 2024 Clima Frío Pinot Noir 2024 SB County Gamay 2024 John Sebastiano Grenache
